In recent years, there has been a trend towards integrating the drive with the motor. This integration aims to optimize space within the electrical panel or reduce wiring, thereby achieving significant savings in materials and assembly time.
How does a wireless linear motor axis work?
Thanks to the compact size of the driver, it is possible to integrate it directly into the moving carriage of the linear axis. Additionally, a WiFi module has been incorporated, allowing for the wireless transmission of instructions to the linear axis and eliminating the need for communication wiring.
This benefit becomes more pronounced as the number of axes increases, or when it is necessary to control and monitor the axis remotely, for example, through a mobile app.

Advantages of the wireless linear motor axis
To have a completely wireless module, power is transmitted through electrified monorails. No flexible cables or cable chains are needed; allowing for a fully enclosed linear axis that is protected from external elements.

These are just a few examples of special projects and individual customer requests that are regularly implemented at SINADRIVES. From minor modifications of a standard product to the development of standalone individual solutions, everything is possible.
